About Us

Established in 2021, Healthy Minds Nepal is a mental health counseling center based in Kathmandu, Nepal. It was founded in response to the heightened stress and anxiety brought about by the global COVID-19 pandemic, aiming to offer vital mental health support to those struggling with their well-being.

The organization serves as a refuge for individuals experiencing emotional upheaval, overwhelming stress, grief, trauma, and various other challenges. We assist them in managing their emotions through therapeutic interventions. Healthy Minds Nepal also caters to individuals dealing with a wide spectrum of mental illnesses, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and more.
